Though we are a SaaS product company, we try to open with our processes, builds, and deadlines. We have a calendar that shares all of the things we're working on, and when certain events/product-builds will start, end, and be deployed.

Plannr Consulting is a not-for-profit organization that focuses on three main factors: increasing awareness of mental health issues, offering free consultations (student to student) in an aim to reduce stress for youth, and creating a community so that students can have a platform to talk to other students. To achieve this, we have promoted different social media campaigns, like our Positivity Campaign and Empower Interview Campaign, which have reached thousands of people. We have consulted with various students across the world, and created a thriving Discord community and a Gratitude Plus Circle, through which students can feel open to share their feelings. We also have a new merch line and are in the middle of a fundraiser for Mental Health America. Finally, our blog Mind Garden, was launched last month and is beginning to grow.

Modern Divergence is focused on taking action towards breaking the stigma revolving around mental and developmental health in pediatric healthcare, and raising awareness for the effect of diagnosis on kids and teens. To spread awareness on neurodivergence, we are using digital means such as podcasts, articles, and contacting medical professionals. Additionally, we hope to further our impact by working with local hospitals and mental health institutions to help increase the mental wellbeings of pediatric patients.
